By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jp9 platform (accessible at jp9.lat and any associated sub-domains or mobile applications), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jp9's services. Your continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

jp9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute concerning a bonus, jp9's decision shall be final and binding.

All games available on jp9 — including live baccarat, slots, crash games, and sportsbook — are governed by their respective game rules, which are displayed within each game or product section. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

jp9 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments.

• Bets placed after a round has concluded will be declared void.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined automatically by the game system. jp9 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's internet disruption.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per round. These are displayed clearly within each game interface.
• jp9 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error or as a result of a technical fault, price error, or data feed failure.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jp9 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting) or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.

All content on the jp9 platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, user interface designs, text, software code, promotional materials, and the jp9 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of jp9 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jp9 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jp9 content without prior written consent.
• Use jp9's branding or trade marks in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation.
